- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on the clients needs and wants. And, how far I need to travel.The size of the event, and how far I need to travel will determine how many assistants I will need. So, there are many factors that will determine my prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A personal or phone meeting with the potential client. Then begin working on the timeline for the event, choosing and scheduling vendors, venue, etc....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been planning, coordinating, and photographing events for over 30 years. So, with this experience, I chose to start my own business.
