- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each situation is different, basic programs can be discussed via the phone, other services, such as termite and bedbug treatments require on site evaluations to determine best treatment options. I work with clients to develop programs to best suit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nearly twenty years in the pest control industry. In order to become a certified operator in Florida, an individual works for a minimum three years under the supervision of a certified operator. After passing exams in each area such as General Pest Control, the certified operator is required to complete Continuing Education to maintain their certificate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine had been recruited into the industry, he suggested that I give it a try, nearly twenty years later, I don't see myself doing anything else. I enjoy helping people resolve their issues while getting to know them.
