I live in Sarasota, Fl and when I needed the help of a bankruptcy attorney, Mr. Ellis came highly recommended by several people I asked. Both Mr. Ellis and the entire staff were sincere, concerned and friendly. We had filed a Chapter 7, but due to some circumstances had to convert to a Chapter 13. The entire process was as pleasant as a bankruptcy can be. They have also been helpful with further needs since the Chapter 13 discharge.

Both Richard and his son Bryan were professional and helpful. Meeting with me in the office closest to me. He never made the process seem hard. They worked with helping me get everything that was needed and fill out any forms that I had questions on. He was always accessible and gladly answered my questions.
