- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates to make sure our customers get a great price for the service they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in contact with our customers immediately after we get their information. We follow up by inspecting the areas to be serviced, we then determine the best cleaning method for the job, and provide our customers with a free estimate. When the customer agrees to the estimate, we will schedule a date and time that works better for our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kleen Rex priorities are safety, and the protection our customers properties. Our professionals receive continuous training safety, installation best practices and equipment operation to ensure that we provide our customers with top quality service.
