- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different. We offer an estimate based on scope of work and go over it with client making sure the specifications are correct, we then draft a contract after parties agree on scope of work, cost of work according to specifications, notes and visual representations. Florida residential contracts are required to have specific language (such as lien law warning) and terms including but not limited to start and finish date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the site to assess existing conditions, discuss what clients are looking to do and provide technical support and value engineering to help keep there project within a reasonable budget. Projects with design services get renderings with realistic views this provides insight on what the finishes will look like as the camera rolls thru their 3d home, renovation or addition thus possibly avoiding potential changes during construction phase. Once we recieve permit, mobilization of project commences betweeen 3 and 5 days of reciept (minimum 3) whatever is agreed upon in the terms of contract. After mobilization the Construction Phase, Close out and Warranty phases follow to finish your project.
