- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will do our absolute best to give you the best price in the industry. One thing we will not do is Install the wrong equipment to get the price lower in order to get your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out that day or the next day depending on when we can get each other in our schedules. The first thing we do is test the water. We cannot recommend equipment without getting a complete understanding of what's going on with your water.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 35 years of experience in the industry we have come across every situation possible.
