- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price in my clinic is all-inclusive. Whether we end up doing acupuncture, massage or any other therapy- the price remains the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Cases that require focused treatment require an intake interview, that may take a big chunk of the first session. In this intake, we go over your medical history, explore your lifestyle and see what lead to the current situation. It also allows me to focus my treatment and customize it to you. In simple cases, situations when the client comes in with acute pain or when one is just seeking relaxation we may skip this stage, jump right in and "fill in the gaps" later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed as an acupuncturist, Chinese medicine, Massage, Tuina, Shiatsu Qikung and the Feldenkrais method.
