I maximize each session by having tailored programs utilizing strength, stabilization, cardio, resistance training and postural corrections… alignment and form are essential to safe and effective sessions.
My qualifications would without a doubt suit your needs as I am a highly trained, skilled, certified, licensed, and insured personal trainer and yoga instructor who has had the opportunity of a lifetime having studied and mentored for the past 12 years under one of the best strength and conditioning coach in the north and south east area. In this time, I gained extensive knowledge and utilize this information in postural corrections, fitness exercises, and corrective methodology, with a very diverse population of clients, whose goals include weight loss, strength training, sport preparation, toning, body fat reduction, endurance, core stability and balance.
I incorporate my skills, knowledge, and training into practice as I draw from yoga whenever I find it helpful for someone who may have dysfunction or injury, or people who just want to add a bit of yoga to their personal training or daily life. With clean eating as a key-weight training and cardio are the perfect combination to a healthy lifestyle.
