I have had North Crest Construction work on 3 separate major projects for my 1948 home. Complete bathroom renovation, complete kitchen renovation, and complete utility room renovation. Each of these projects were extensive, and of course, revealed problems unknown at the time of Scott supplying the original estimate (problems there was no way he could have foreseen). Scot was able to quickly figure out how to address every issue encountered, and while of course, they added to the cost of the job, he was very fair and mindful of our budget....without cutting corners or reducing the quality of workmanship. Scott always communicated very well regarding what to expect and when to expect it...my only surprise was how efficiently each of these projects went...no miracles, and things do come up to change timing expectations, but nothing drastically far from expectations as I have heard about other contractors.

We did a entire home remodel on a 40 year old home. Scott and Mike did a great job and kept us informed on what was happening and when. We could not have been happier with the outcome and enjoyed working with them and their crew.
