- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our lessons are $35 each or $140 for the month. We offer ONE FREE introductory lesson so that you can see for yourself whether or not our program is a fit for you and your needs. We also offer Half Off ($70) monthly lesson fees when you refer a friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each introductory lesson will begin with setting expectations. We want to know what you would like to accomplish through your experience with us so that we can best tailor to your needs. Whether you would like to just enjoy riding for pleasure or you would like to compete and show at any level we can adjust to fit your expectations. Our goal is to help you progress into the rider that you would like to become. With wonderful, warm, friendly and knowledgeable instructors we are confident that we will be able to help you in whatever direction you would like to head.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head instructor Jerusha is nationally ranked and has trained many nationally decorated riders. She has been awarded many titles including Rider of Excellence. Jerusha has been riding and competing since she was very young in many different disciplines and on a variety of different breeds. She is focused on creating an atmosphere where each rider can learn, grow, and progress to the best of their riding ability.
