- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Effective immediately We have found the need to charge for quotes. $50.00 is standard and we will stay with the standard . If customer decides to hire me, I will then reduce job price given, by the amount paid for the quote . At this time we aren't able to accept credit cards . Payments that are accepted are, Local checks, cash, money orders , are accepted. We'll keep you updated when things change. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask what they want. Then work with them together using my experience and there want to install the best product for the area they are looking to upgrade. And stay on Job until the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the flooring institute and certified for lead testing . I have over 25 years in the flooring business. My company is fully insured.
