- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been pulling apart systems since I was a child! Eventually, some people started paying me in exchange for my services and I quickly learned the value of a dollar and a job well done.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client decided to get a second opinion on an external hard drive. The previous "technician" claimed that the hard drive was completely dead and that the data could not be recovered. This particular external hard drive however, was not dead and simply needed a replacement enclosure. Within minutes, my new client had all of his data back. Quick note about that job; Though the hard drive was functional, it did show signs of impending failure and I facilitated a replacement as well.
