- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers get a very personalized approach to fitness! I begin by assessing where they are. I don't care if you can't do one push-up to save your life, we start where you are and begin to see results from there. Whether its improving balance, muscle tone, coordination, or wanting to be pushed in your fitness goals, I am here to facilitate, coach, teach, and encourage you on your own personal journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my CPT (certified personal training) certificate from NASM and a specialization in Women's Fitness and fitness nutrition. I have had a huge passion for fitness my whole life. I was a competitive swimmer and then a swim instructor for 4 years. I have competed in triathlons and 5k's throughout my life. I have recently become passionate about women's fitness especially those thinking of becoming pregnant, who are pregnant, or just had a baby. I do also love to train all skill levels.
