- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for products changes depending on the job. For an example a standard wedding album is more expensive than a standard family album because the wedding album is generally bigger and has many more features than a small family album. Packages also change depending on the job but generally stay well under budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step we take is to get to know the customer, it sounds like a cliche but we have to get to know a little about the customer before the job to find out what style and type of photography they are interested in. After we get an idea of what type the customer is looking for we try and provide a plethora of different shots and poses to try and ensure the customer is satisfied with the work. After the customer has given their approval we begin the ordering process of products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Warren the owner of the studio has a Masters in photography and business administration and it one of few photographers with an official photographer certificate. I am currently in school for photography but I have been working in the photography field full time since 2009.
