Jimmy communicated regularly with me about the job and let me know he was on the way. He and his partner did an absolutely fantastic job of doing our move out clean especially as they were both sick. We'd had several hiccups in our move and Jimmy remained calm and steady even with 2 kids and 2 dogs needing to stay for several more hours while they cleaned. Items sparkled and shone and were cleaned in exacting detail. I definitely recommend Payneless Solutions Cleaning Service, LLC.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are generally according to the square footage of the home. One 3 bedroom home may differ from the other. Therefore, to keep things fair, we go by the total area of the home to be cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically would like to make an appointment to go into the client's home to evaluate the cleaning needs. This way, I can physically see what the client would like done. This in turn allows me to provide a complete and fair quote to the client.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning approximately 8 years ago. I operated a moving service and one of my clients husband happened to be looking for a janitorial service for his company. I went to evaluate the building, produced a proposal, and won the job.
