- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very affordable as I recognize that i am just getting my business off the ground. Also I don't think people should have to spend thousands of dollars in order to receive high quality photos and videos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person or talk on the phone about what exactly they want the finished product to look like. I want everything to be in order as much as possible so that myself and the customer are comfortable before beginning the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've mostly had on the job training as well as getting helpful tips from my friends that are photographers as well.
