About this pro
Ron is a terrific trainer, very patient and kind. My granddaughter is 11 and I wanted her to learn to learn self defense Ron accommodated me and travels to my home weekly to train her. She has picked up many techniques for self defense and I would personally like to thank Ron. I would highly recommend Ron, and he will continue training my granddaughter in many aspects of self defense. Thank youOct 21, 2017
Ronnie is an excellent personal trainer. He was prompt, efficient, and motivating. He will also push you to exceed your expectations while keeping you safe and within your limits. My wife and I were very happy with our sessions.Aug 30, 2017VerifiedRon H.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The pricing of my sessions directly correlates with travel time to your home or where the personal training session will be held, equipment costs of my exercise equipment that I will be bringing, and the price for my knowledge and experience. Don't think of it as a personal training cost but as an investment in your own body and health!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? If you choose to work with me we will set up a date to meet up and go over your goals. From there I will develop a program to help you meet those goals within a certain time frame. We will discuss how many times you should be working out a week, how many times I will be training you a week, and tips to improve your health and lifestyle during the exercise regimen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science with a concentration in exercise physiology. I also have a current first aid / CPR / AED certification. The certification I hold is among the highest you can achieve in the fitness industry, the CSCS certification. With the CSCS certification you need to have a bachelor's degree in the related field, where as any other personal training certifications do not require any prerequisites, which means just about anyone can get a personal training certification. Whereas mine is restricted to professionals in the fitness industry.
