- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sellers pay Real Estate Transaction fee 4.5-6% from the final purchase price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will meet with the sellers at their house, or my office. Buyers are welcome at my office for the first time meeting and evaluation. If more convenient we can arrange the meeting at the coffee shop.
