Had a very large social gathering in Chicago. We needed all appetizers. Mike was an amazing consultant. He helped guide my decisions to ensure we had the right appetizers so it stayed a high energy social gathering instead of some of my original choices (I've been doing this for years, nobody has ever consulted me like this and taught me valuable lessons like fat = flavor).
The meatballs marinated in wine were out of this world. The "Winter Snow Bruschetta" looked incredible on the table. Frato's provided a chef to manage the tables and this was the best service possible. Very personable and even entertaining/charming.
I basically didn't do any work work and I have received more compliments on this catering than any other one. (I do 15 large events a year).
Perfect! I thought my previous caterings were great, but this set the bar higher! I hope this review helps you get more business because your team truly deserves it!
ps: you can raise your prices, you're that good!

We live near Frato's and when our son was graduating, he wanted Frato's to cater it. We knew they have great pizza, but we never knew they have an even better catering team.
I have a million questions and Michael answered every single one of them promptly and with detail! He helped me decide on a deluxe pita package, delicious Mac n Cheese and out of this world brownies when I was going to go the boring route of more traditional mostaccioli and beef. I'm glad he encouraged me to try something different.
That wasn't the best part though. We learned that Frato's teaches culinary students how to run a restaurant (I'm not on facebook but I guess everyone knew about this but me). All the delivery drivers are actually culinary students. So they came in their professional chef coat and set everything up for us. I'm not used to such pleasant and professional delivery drivers.
Amazing work and I wish every business was as detailed as Michael/Frato's. He told me he'd make it stress free and I'm a worrier, but it was as stress free as possible for me!

Highly personable ordering and customer service. Delivery drivers even have high tech software on their phones making everything really smooth as it updated us when the driver left Fratto's to come here...so cool! We found our new corporate caterer. Amazing work and stress free!

The quality of the food was outstanding and way more than enough servings. The delivery was right on time and the set up / delivers were professional and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunches. I highly recommend Frato's and Chef Ed. thank you
