You currently have an outstanding debt that has NOT been paid for work completed to contract. Fact: Our roofing company and crews are fully licensed, bonded, insured, and WELL experienced. We can provide this to anyone on request! Fact: The entire project (outside of your deductible). was 100% covered and paid for by Your insurance carrier from storm related damage. This was fully approved DUE TO OUR EFFORTS. Fact: Your roof is up to code and completed in a professional manner. We in fact have gone out and replaced some minor cosmetic concerns you had in addition to the original installation with you present! Fact: You decided as a homeowner to complete any and all interior (water / paint) renovations on your own accord. Fact: At the time of cosmetic repair, a complete water test (leaking) was performed and it was explained to YOU DIRECTLY that it was very likely that your delapadated chimney was the cause of leaking in your home. This is not covered, under contract, nor remotely our responsibility but is yours as a homeowner. As always, we will continue to try to resolve any issues or concerns that any client has.
