FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
cheap work isn't skilled, skilled work isn't cheap I price jobs accordingly and fair for both parties. Quality is most important to me and my work speaks for itself
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we first schedule a in person consultation to discuss the customer's project. we gather the detailed information and measurements that are needed to give an accurate quote. In some cases we can give a price on the spot. Most cases we prefer to take that information to the office, crunch the numbers, and email back within a day an accurate, detailed estimate with the breakdown of the project and costs. if all is in agreement we schedule the project, we call a day or 2 before to confirm, we show up on time on start day, we commit to your project start to finish, and finally when complete, we do a final walk through with customer to make sure they are satisfied
