Introduction: Malizia Development LLC was started to specialize in real estate “flips” and commercial development. We have experienced the construction industry on both sides of preforming the necessary work but also hiring the necessary sub contractors. In between my own residential and commercial jobs I like to take on jobs that I enjoy doing. I’m selective and hope you will be as well. How would i describe my experience with Malizia Development? One word, great! They set reasonable expectations, were incredibly knowledgeable, fair, hard working, respectful of my home, and blew away my expectations! While working at my home, they never left a mess, paid close attention to detail, and kept me in the loop. I highly recommend them!
