I will keep my name anonymous for privacy reason; however, I am a Purchasing Manager in the residential construction business. When my wife and I decided to build our own home I new we needed the best architect for the best price to draw our dream home. J. Louis Custom Designs came highly recommended from my friends in the business. We met near my home, gave Jonathan our ideas and in a weeks time he had everything on paper. Months later my wife saw some things she wanted to do differently - we relayed the ideas to Jonathan and he had the edits back to us quickly and for a fair price. I will use J. Louis Designs on all of my future builds.

Contractors are still singing praises about our designs!! They have been called out right beautiful!! He saved us space and removed unnecessary items like extra bathrooms (which also saved us money). Our home is currently being built and so far no problems with the design. He also caught design problems with the roof and corrected those also. It has been a joy to see the plans come to life before our very eyes!!!

Fees are generally less that other designers in the area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is usually a 4 step process. 1st, we schedule a initial meeting to gather all the info needed for the project. 2nd, we complete a rough sketch of what our client desires on the floor layout. 3rd, we present a front elevation of the home to our client. 4th, we complete all things remaining on the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has studied a ITT Technical Institute, St. Phillips College & University of Texas-San Antonio.
