Mike and his team replaced a very old, outdated French drain system including sump pump, corrected a new issue with water coming in from behind my basement steps, and sealed off a mud room. They were very professional and performed excellent work. Mike was very thorough in explaining what his team was going to do and how they were going to do it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices vary depending on a list of variables as each home is different. That's why our estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Free of charge, we visit the homeowner and have them describe the issues they're having. We perform and inspection and, based on our observations, and the homeowner's concerns, we then develop a proposal for the best way to handle the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been installing basement drainage systems since 1990. In doing so, we have seen all forms of water entry in basements and know the best way to manage it.
