- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being at the jobsite at the time i said I would be. Communicating with the home owner at all times. So many contractors rub new customers the wrong way by not communcating and by not keeping their word. A returning customer might not mind you showing up 3 hours late cause they already know how your work turns out. A new customer hasn't seen your previous jobs most likely. New customer might not like this.
