Introduction: Yuri Grevtsev B.S. Exercise and Wellness/ASU. I began practicing Qigong and Tai Chi at age 15, learning from various Chinese teachers and mindfulness meditation from Buddhist monks while living in South East Asia. Throughout my career, I have led Qigong and Tai Chi, low impact - mindful meditation movement, in clinical and recreational settings. Seeing the positive effects of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, therapeutic modalities, as they promote well-being through the flow of energy. These two ancient arts involve slow, mindful movement as a form of meditation and healing.

Yuri taught us TaiChi in Moldova in 2003. I still use the techniques I learned so long ago. He did an excellent job.

Yuri is an excellent instructor for qiqong and tai chi. I especially enjoy the structure of his class, moving us from qiqong to tai chi and then back to qiqong is marvelous. It allows you the feeling of letting go and just floating through the moves in a steady easy flow. He has a way about him that just takes you right where you need to be along with his insight to the way your body moves while relaxing and how your breath drives the movements. I am very pleased to be able to practice with him and would recommend his classes to anyone interested in these disciplines.
