I had an issue with my computer that locked the entire system and I had to reboot it every time. Eric from TechRecs was a life saver! Great customer service and extensive knowledge of computers, laptops, etc. I also liked the fact that there wasn't an upfront fee just to look at my computer. He only charges for the time he works FIXING your issue. Like I said before - great service, honest, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
