Grant and his partner were there right when they said they would be. They were very quick and professional while loading and unloading the truck. I am VERY disappointed in the service provided by Grant. He was late to start but I was ready to overlook this as he said he was a new business owner. He and his helper dinged up my walls, carrying heavy furniture down stairs instead of using a hand truck and stacked things haphazardly so that they fell over, fell off, and got damaged. No apology from Grant. When I questioned him about this, he responded with attitude, blaming me, telling me basically that I got what I paid for. I have two walls damaged in my home that will need to be fixed and repainted and multiple pieces of furniture damaged, which cannot be restored to their original condition. On top of that he has a poor attitude and does not care about repeat business or anyone's personal property. I just had a realtor ask me who I used and I told him, along with my poor recommendation. We take responsibility for the end table. All other "damage" was there prior to our arrival. Over the top and incredibly rude!
