- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the job. You'll be surprised by how much we can get done in a short amount of time. I have a 3-hour minimum for $135 After 3 hours it will be $35 for every additional hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about the space we will be working on. Then I work with the client with the donate,toss,maybe and keep piles. The Toss and donate are removed. Then we go through the maybe pile. Then after that quick process the client can do what they need in the house as I put things away in an organized fashion. I put a system in place that works for each individual. It is not a one size fits all concept.
