From putting on a seat-belt to reaching for a product on their shelf, I love utilizing programs geared towards daily movements.
I am able to help them excel on all levels, and help them move more efficiently in their everyday lives.
I love when I introduce a new exercise or program and the clients have that "Ah-ha" moment.
It's the best feeling in the world to see them progress intuitively.
I also love creating a meal plan.
Having the clients realize by eating better and staying consistent with nutrition, they achieve their goals better, faster and more efficiently.
