- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are fair and within industry standards. I am licensed, insured and often come in under budget. This is my career and like all businesses I have expenses so although I can not afford to be the lowest priced organizer on Thumbtack, I believe I am fair and as you can see with my reviews I bring value to every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Often after living or working in an environment for some time, a person gets into a rut, habits are established. Having a fresh set of eyes and a different perspective can give my clients a new outlook. Understanding their needs is most important. Our goal is to leave the room organized and functional as well as warm and inviting. Tackling the clients biggest need first helps keep them enthusiastic about the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. Military Services teaches you order and structure. My natural desire to keep everything in its place only enhances that. Years as a single Mom on a budget taught me to think outside the box for innovative ideas. I enjoy re-purposing items you already have, and of course I enjoy shopping for new items to really change a space. My years as a Clinical Director in a medical practice taught me time management skills.
