FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by the size of the home and the year it was built. Most homes range between $250 to $350.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each home inspection will last 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the size and year of the home. From the Roof to the Foundation and all areas in between. Once the inspection is complete, the inspector will have you meet at the home to review the findings and photos, walk through the home to show you any key issues and share with you what needs to be maintained and why. His goal is to educate you about your new home! After the inspection, you’ll receive a comprehensive report detailing the key findings with color photos . Having this information prior to closing puts you in a better position to negotiate with the seller, whether it be having specific items repaired or money to repair them. The reports are easy to read with a Summary Section, making it easy to pull together the list of repairs you would like for the Seller to address.
