- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complimentary introductory call to answer questions, establish a connection and confirm the day/time of our first coaching session. The call is optional. Session Length/Fee 1 hour/$75 1 1/2 hours/$110 1/2 hour Power Session/$35 Session frequency is based on individual needs and personal budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A connection is made during the 30 minute introductory call and the first session is scheduled. Confirmation if session will be one-on-one in my Scottsdale office, traditional phone call or Zoom virtual/remote. So sessions are clear of distractions and delays it's required that the coaching fee is paid at least 24 hours in advance of each session. I send a PayPal link for payment. The Client Information Form and Coaching Agreement is to be completed and returned prior to the first session. At the start of each session I center myself, connect to my intuition and encourage my clients to do the same. Deep breathing is fantastic! When the session ends, I can schedule the next time/date to ensure momentum is not broken and the powerful work continues.

Certified Life Coach, completed a 100 hour Coaching Program with SW Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe AZ, an accredited college. Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, ASU - College of Business.
