My sister and I needed some good training exercises that we could have as our base of working out and he definitely provided that. he was super professional, made sure we were able to do all the exercise and was a super chill guy. I've only been training with Chris for about a month but I can definitely say he knows his stuff! I went in knowing basically nothing about working out in the gym but since working with Chris I have improved my form and gained some much needed confidence. I now get excited to go to the gym knowing that my workouts have some structure and purpose. I have lost 14lbs and feel myself getting stronger everyday. I’ve been training with Chris Lousnbury for the past three years and it has made such a difference in my life. First of all, the work out sessions have become progressively more challenging and I’ve lost 25 lbs. since I began. I had been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and by working out twice per week I’ve been able to get my blood sugar back to a normal level. Chris also advises me on eating healthy and exercising at home since I can only train twice a week. Chris is great about texting me to make sure I don’t miss my sessions.Jul 4, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a few different monthly packages based on your goals, needs and availability: General Health (2x/week) - $600/mo, 75ea Tone and Build (3x/week) - $840/mo, 70ea Transformation (4x/week) - $1000/mo, 62.5ea *For couples training $20 is added to each session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After deciding if we are a good match for each other, I like to give an assessment and discuss your goals. All forms will be electronically sent to you so we don't have to worry about wasting time in person filling them out. That way on our first meeting we can get right to what you want; results. From there we will complete our first workout by going over the basic key movements such as squats and planks. These are the movements that everyone should master in order to build a solid foundation. Each subsequent workout will be more and more tailored to your specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I majored in Kiniseolgy which is the study of the human body and it's movement. I am also a certified personal trainer. All my trainers are certified. We specialize in working with those who have had injuries or joint issues and want to gain strength and lose weight.
