Geoff came over on time to do the inspection, I wanted the quote for the repair of a hole on the overhang in front of the garage. He said it would only take a few minutes, so I stayed out with him for about an hour while he moved roof tiles to check the lining. Finally, he tells me that the best course of action is to replace the entire roof, which should be around $9k He promises to send me the quote for the replacement, but never heard from him again All in all, I just wasted an hour of my time, which is not the end of the world. But it was pretty unprofessional of him.Jan 18, 2019VerifiedCamelback Roofing's reply
Angelica, I sent an estimate via text (didn't have an email for you) and never heard back from you. I also called and was told I called a "non-working number". I'm very sorry that happened. A complete and total misunderstanding. I promised to send the estimate, and I would be happy to send again. This is not a situation that happens, and I'd never intentionally leave anyone behind. I will forward to you within the hour. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences I may of caused and accept full responsibility for this miscommunication. Very Respectfully, Geoff

It was very well orchestrated and the PM supported the project and the crew was very productive. I would recommend this company to a friend.Dec 28, 2018
