I can honestly say it has been tiring trying to wrap up what I wanted them to help me with which was to locate someone with verification and perform a background check. This has been more work on my end trying to get updates and one would think that the company or investigator will call you in order to provide great customer service and not the other way around. The Analyst I worked with was great, seemed like a good guy, would follow up with me when he had the chance, sometimes not immediately, but at least I would hear something. The person my case got assigned to, NOT THE FRIENDLIEST AT ALL. I had maybe a five minute call with him and didn't hear back from him for like a week after I had to call him. I felt like he was rude and even talked to his Supervisor who also has yet to call me back. This is not the idea of customer service or help from them I was hoping for. I wanted to believe this was a good company to use but I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone due to my experience. To be perfectly honest my experience thus far makes me wish I never called them. I should have just went with a different service.

Well its 31 weeks too late. We are just catching on with Google Reviews. I will absolutly make sure our staff is more friendly with everyone. Perceptions of customer service is definitely evolving. There was a time a brown envelope with picture or scirbbled details in an ally or a local dinner was all it took to get a thanks and a firm handshake-- if that!

ICS is the real deal! I've worked with Michael, Jason and Tyler on three different investigations now and every time I'm impressed more than the last. Their customer service is overwhelming and I mean that in a positive way! They are very thorough and detailed with their follow up and their initial discovery. I've had three very complex investigations: pre-litigation asset verification, background investigation for a c-level executive and a missing persons investigation. The money I've spent with these guys is nothing compared to what I would have spent had I not used them. My firm are lifetime customers. It's important to note, I'm one of those customers that will go out of my way to write a bad a review on a company that provided less than expected service. Rarely do I take the time to conduct a positive review. I'm happy to speak with anyone if you're contemplating using ICS! Great job guys! Worth the money, investment, time and above all else- supreme customer service! Thanks for everything you do!

I had contacted ICS to perform some investigative work overseas and can honestly say my experience with the company has been transparent and extremely professional. The initial call to discuss my request was discreet and at a time of my choosing. The ICS website is easy to navigate and upload case information and payment. Shortly after my initial consultation, I no longer required an investigation but had already submitted payment to the case (before the start of any work). Subsequent email and telephone conversations with the Lead Investigator and Vice President of the company positively reflected the companies values, and they kindly refunded the balance. I thoroughly recommend ICS services and the staff that worked with me (Chris and Randy). Thank you so much, it's refreshing to see a larger company hold fast to the values on which it built.
