- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small family company looking to get repeat customers not to get rich off one job. Therefor we almost always under bid our competitors. sometimes this alarms the customer, no need to be concerned we have been in this line of work for many years and want nothing more than to have satisfied customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1- Discuss project in detail. Step 2- Write up and sign a contract with project details and agreed price. Step 3- Collect a 1/3 down payment Step 4- Gather materials needed for the project. Step 5- Start project. Step 6- After 45% of the project is complete collect the second 1/3 payment. Step 7- Complete project to customers satisfaction. Step 8- clean up entire job site being (trash, unused and used material left overs, any demolished material taken out in the first stage of the project). Step 9- Collect final 1/3 payment. Step 10- Ask customer to leave a review on thumbtack about their experience with H and M Contracting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This business was built by my generations of our family passing knowledge from fathers to sons.
