- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee is simple: 10% of rents collected. No fee during vacancy, no contractor overages, no fee to attend eviction hearings (filing fee is charged to the owner). $50 per visit fee applies after 2 visits per month. Our Property Management Agreement is month to month - so you can cancel any time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet the owner first, at the apartment. And meet the tenants, if occupied, and decide if we are a good match to partner together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), National Association of Realtors (NAR), PA Association of Realtors (PAR), and PA Association of Notaries (PAN). I also have rentals and have many long term tenants.
