Horrible, shoddy service. Paid a very high amount to have electric installed for my new range. Range came-and was replaced by the store-but power still didn't work. Received arrogant texts that it "wasn't his fault". Two weeks later, he finally showed up to correct it, spent hours running back and forth to the store and getting advice from someone on the phone. Said it was a faulty breaker and when I told him I was the one who did without a stove and was dissatisfied, he got upset and left without finishing. I feel I have been disrespected and received poor service because I'm a woman alone. And he has my money and I still can't cook. $1000 out of pocket for him and the appliance. And no recourse. Won't use him or this app again. That's for sure.Jan 7, 2019VerifiedDB Enterprise, LLC's reply
We’re sorry you feel this way about our service but some customers are just unpleaseable. We would not recommend another service to you if you did call us. Thanks for your time and the review. Job only costed you $300 yet you say $1,000 and you’re right. We ran to the store after seeing what the problem was. I’m sorry was I supposed to have the part in my pocket? Thanks again for your time and your review. We appreciate all feedback.
Excellent! They will be doing all of our work in the future.Aug 18, 2018Verified

Great responsiveness and very nice! These guys came out very quickly to replace a shattered sliding door, with a fair price. Will definitely use again.Jan 4, 2019Verified
I was so happy with the work DB Enterprise did for us. Our door was repaired within minutes of arrival and haven't had any issues since. We will be hiring DB Enterprises for future repairs.Dec 10, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?the more you get done at one time the less amount of service calls or fees so usually you can cut costs if you add a few smaller jobs together as one. also when talking about recurring jobs such as grass cutting. the more often you have the grass cut the higher your recurring discount will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would rather meet a new customer in person before anything. I feel that's the right way to introduce yourself before anything else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a high school education and drafting and design college credits. but I absolutely love working with my hands and offering great workmanship and theres just no schooling degree for craftsmanship.
