Introduction: Fitness was always something that allowed me to escape the stresses life throws at you. It allowed me to completely forget about everything that was happening around me and help me focus on myself. I feel nowadays people have forgotten that they need to have confidence within themselves in order to grow as an individual. My personal fitness journey has taught me the importance of living and happy and healthy life, because we have one life and we should live it the way we see fit! Training is so much more than running or picking up weights, it's about becoming the person you are meant to be!
I take pride in what I do because I am able to change a persons life into something they never thought was possible. Individually assessing each client creating a program thats specific to their needs. My assessment allows me to see whats going on mentally and functionally with a person. Work, home, and your love life all play a role with the outcome of our health and fitness. My passion is fitness and I love what I do because everyday I'm given the opportunity to better somone's life.
