Owner Ken Hartley has over 25 years experience as a general contractor and Over 5 years in concrete resurfacing. We offer free estimates and competitive prices. We enjoy being a small buisness, it keeps us on a more personal level with our customers. Also as a small buisness we are able to do many different jobs including but not limited to window replacement, roof repair, gutter cleaning and installation, property clean up, and much more. Our specialty is Concrete Resurfacing Design and Epoxy Floor. It is an extraordinary way to create your own look to your home or business. We also do Garage and Commercial Floors.

Ken and Krissy and their family came out and pressure washed the entire exterior of our house and did an amazing job! I had no idea my front and back patio was originally white! They're very proficient and took their time to make sure everything was done, not only to their standards but to mine as well, by showing me what they were doing and how they were doing it, and with what chemicals and equipment. Very clean business, once they were done I had nothing to worry about or clean up! I highly recommend Hartley 's concrete and home repair! Great people and amazing work!

The facial boards were put on in the worst way. The wood had ripples in it and looked horrible. They put a huge amount of caulking that stuck out. They painted over that and it just looks horrible. I sent him a picture and he gave me an estimate and when he got to my house he increased it by 75.00. He did not do the work that the 75 Was supposed to fix. He was 5HRS late the first and second day He made a big mess out of it. I have to have it completely redone. I would not let him work on my dog's house. I am on Social Security and it hurts when someone is dishonest.

Mrs. Patricia, All proper materials were being used for your Repair, if allowed to finish the job it would have been completed to your satisfaction. Every job is different, we are very competitive and give very reasonable low prices.

Every Job starts with a free estimate. Once a price is agreed upon and a contract is signed our work begins and is finished as quickly as it can possibly be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ken Hartley went to school at Columbus Technical Institute and received a Contracting license (1991)
