FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price you will be charged depends on how much junk you have and the space it takes up in the truck. My prices include Disposal fees, labor, and travel to your place. Some other companies will charge you for the disposal fees on top of how much your junk takes up in their truck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to start out by speaking with the customer to get to know the job that they need, and then continue to proceed with a free estimate. After the estimate is agreed on i make it a high priority to provide same day service, cause who wants junk and clutter to continue sitting around. My goal is to have my customer not lift a finger which means i will leave the space neat and tidy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been the owner of an handyman business for 5 years so i take pride in knowing that i can provide excellent service. Recently i saw how high of a demand junk removal is so i decided to open a second business.
