- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I worked as a Starbucks store manager for over five years, where I learned how to always make sure that my service satisfies my clients and to make sure they received what they have asked for. Working at Starbucks has taught me what I believe to be world class customer service. After working at Starbucks for five years, I decided to explore my opportunities and become an educator. I eventually became an early childhood education coordinator. This job taught me the skills that I needed to learn to be able to work well with children. One of those skills are how to make them feel comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. This is a true benefit when being a DJ or all types of people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I currently have, is the accumulation of my experiences throughout the year of active practice. I started in high school doing small events for my friends parties, then upgraded to doing clubs and small events. At this time I spend most of my time being a DJ for weddings.
