I studied at Bastyr University and a few of my specialties are sugar addiction, weight loss, anxiety, emotional triggers and confidence building. Sessions are at our peaceful West Seattle retreat or at the comfort of you home via Skype or phone.
I love helping people gain inspiration and clarity. It is very rewarding to see clients become more confident and anchored in their personal power. Watching people grow and make positive changes in their lives is very satisfying. I love how the subconscious mind reveals surprising insights that create lasting transformation.
