- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After a brief phone interview, we'll set up time to meet in person. I will work with you to define the service options you want to pursue. I will work on some potential menu plans for you and we'll settle on a deposit and a start date. On the day I am to cook for you I will do the shopping and arrive at your home to cook for 2-6 hours, depending on the menu. I will bring all the necessary equipment with me and we will settle the bill at the end of the day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have earned the following certificates and licenses: - A Culinary Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu - A Professional Chef Certificate from the American Private & Personal Chef Association - Certificate from the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) Food Safety Program - Washington State Food Handler's permit - Necessary Washington state licenses I also possess liability insurance.
