John is the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. He possesses the skill sets needed to complete the work at hand, and is simultaneously mindful of his clients. Work he completed for us includes: interior paint, dry wall, counter top installation, laying wood floors, sink installation, cabinet installation, and minor plumbing and electrical work. In Seattle where contractors seem to ignore the needs of their clients, John keeps those very needs at the top of his mind.

Excellent communicator (rare in this line of work). Got the job done in a timely manner and when he said he would. Very precise work. He layed butcher block and quartz counter tops, installed farmhouse sink, layed wood floor (and did gorgeous work for the molding), painted entire interior, installed the fridge, and did tons of other random tasks.
