- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many factors influence the quote- location, menu, event type, supplies and equipment. Nevertheless, we are flexible and willing to do anything we can to get the price right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client and request is different. Our main goal is to discover the client's needs and preferences so that we can adjust our services accordingly. The client's wish is my command.
