- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set-up an appointment to have one of our professional certified technicians come out to their home and perform a complete garage door diagnosis. Once completed, the technician can go over his finding with the customer and advise the customer on the necessary repairs and advise the customer on how to properly maintain their garage door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have over ten years' experience in the garage door repair industry. Our technicians are also certified with Liftmaster products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was dealing with a broken garage door springs and could not get my car out of the garage. I placed a call to a garage door repair service and to my surprise they were not customer service friendly at all. The technician who came to my home was very knowledgeable but had no customer service skills. I check on Yelp and other review sites to look at reviews of this company and others and found that I was not the only one thinking this. Since I have a construction background, I consumed myself with learning everything I can about garage door systems. After two years of learning everything I could and getting some experience under my belt; I opened my own company with the goal of providing the best customer service experience in this industry.
