- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All menus are custom designed to fit the clients event. Prices are dependent on the cost of ingredients, and complexity of the menu. I have clients with budgets from $10.00 per person, to $150.00 per person, and have even been able to easily accommodate clients with a fixed budget. Minimum Catering or Delivery charge is $250.00 In home, weekly meal prep Ranges from $150.00 to $300.00 per cook day depending on number of meals, and servings. Rentals are not included, although I will arrange, deliver, set up, and return all rental equipment for an %18 service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone interview to discuss the details of the event or service, and then a few questions about dietary restrictions, including general preferences, allergies, and intolerance's. Then I like to take a few minutes to discuss the clients vision or purpose for the food, as well as an estimated budget. From there I will send a proposed menu, and estimate, Changes, additions and subtractions can be made at this time, when the menu is agreed upon. A final estimate is provided, and a deposit collected to secure the date of the event.
