Miguel and his team did decent work installing a concrete foundation and ramp for a garden shed. They also installed the shed for me. They are hard-working and very nice guys. However, the work is of mixed quality, took a long time to complete, and they did most of it at night; I had to be worked in to their schedule and didn't feel like my job was a priority for them. I believe I was over charged for labor, and Miguel would not provide estimates; he just wanted to be paid after each part of the job was finished, and I was often caught off guard by his final price as it was usually quite a bit more than I was expecting to pay. I now have bubbling and peeling paint on the shed so I'll need to fix that. I was hoping to keep hiring Miguel and his team for more jobs in the future but I had them quote out installing a gravel pad after the shed work was finished, and the quote was way too high. This along with being overcharged for previous work of varying quality makes it hard for me to recommend them to anyone.
